About Internal (40 Marks)

Are you all thinking that 40 marks in internal is good for BIM program?
Many students may have their different judgment.
But, I think that it is not good and proficient system in grading.
If the internal assessment evaluation is not judge properly it will not superior for student.
From this approach student may got maximum marks rather than they do, then student don’t do labor more...
So, 40 marks for internal assesment is maximum it need to be reduce.
What’s benefit after that?
Most of the colleges are now neglects the Project work and give more prominence in theory rather than practical work.
This makes the student Dum rather than convenient.
So that, the project work should be essential and need to divide the 50% of internal marks for project.
If you have any other ideas and submission please don’t forget to submit comment...

I believe that problem is not in the marking system provided by the university. Problem lies in the affiliated colleges who focus more on producing better results rather skilled graduates. Had those 40 marks been calculated from students performance in College internal exams, presentations, assignments and other projects, rather than just assigning as per teacher's wish, the scenario would have been a completely different one... Students would work to earn those internals rather than sit back n relax thinking their college will give them full internal marks... Once Students start to work out to earn internals, we cant deny the fact that Students would certainly start gaining knowledge, skills along with GPA... Its in part of colleges and responsible teachers to initiate this... Even Students can raise these issues for their proper growth... They should not just feed on good GPA if they need a better job after they graduate... They should focus on learning every new developments in Current Business Market n areas they can work on... Being a BIM graduate myself... I really hope that upcoming batches can start developing their own skills rather than feeding on internals only... Best of Luck
